I am deep in my Reformer Pilates era at the moment. I feel so much stronger for it! And, I'm currently taking a long ol' break from my main Instagram account. I feel miles better. So much so, that I'm considering not returning, and prioritising Substack and bookstagram. Perhaps social media is also for reasons and seasons.

Reformer really does make a difference doesn't it, I feel like I'm making quicker progress (strength-wise) than when I was purely mat which is cool 👌 and totally agree, the less time I spend on Instagram, the better I'm feeling (though I still regulalry get caught in a TikTok scroll session haha!), like the idea of it being for reasons and seasons ✨
